Recording and processing of personal data

On request, we inform you in writing, according to the applicable law, whether and which personal data we store in our company. If incorrect information should have been stored in spite of the efforts of our company regarding data protection and data correctness, we will correct this situation according to your requirements.

In addition, you can demand that you are provided with the data which you gave to our company in a structured, common and machine-readable format. You can also object to the data processing of personal data by our company.

You have furthermore the right to demand the deletion of your personal data, provided that legal retention times do not oppose this. We delete the data if we do not require it any longer for the objective for which we recorded and processed it, or if you revoke your given consent and no other legal grounds exist for the further processing of your data. In addition, we delete this data when the processing by us has been illegal for unknown reasons or you object to the processing and no major entitled interest in the processing exists. A deletion of your data is also implemented when we are obliged to do so legally. IHLE has implemented the required measures to ensure the protection, security and integrity of your personal data. Access to personal data is limited to those employees and service providers who have been trained and made aware concerning compliance with the confidentiality of the data.

On the commercial Internet pages of IHLE, bank information can be recorded for the purpose of effective, legally-secure payment processes. These measures can exist from an SSL encryption (so that the data is illegible for third parties) in case of the recording or conveyance of confidential data. Certain IHLE Internet pages include interactive functions, among others chats and forums. You can use these interactive functions if you desire by filling out a registration form. When registering for our company’s newsletter, the information you give will only be used for this purpose.

This is information which cannot lead to conclusions about the natural person holding the account. The log data is exclusively assessed for statistical purposes in order to optimise our company’s Internet presence and the technologies behind it, and are erased afterwards.

Pseudonymous user profile


Our company gathers use data with the help of cookies and/or Java script about your web site visit and the use of newsletter links for purposes of advertising, market research and needs-oriented structures. The use data and creation of a user profile are collected pseudonymously with a cookie ID.
These use profiles are created and stored by our company solely in pseudonymous form. These data are not connected to your personal data.
